WE CARE!   We will support you in making the treatment process as easy as possible, from the beginning to the end.  This includes not only the treatment itself, but paperwork, WSIB and MVA claims, regular Insurance billing and appointment setting.  Our phenomenal administrative staff will help guide you through any process with compassion and understanding.

WSIB and MVA 

Sometimes WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accident claims can be confusing.  Our Administrative staff has the knowledge to help you navigate a motor vehicle accident claim or a work-related WSIB claim.  If you have an injury that is work-related, a WSIB claim will be started for you and once approved and all treatments can be directly billed to the WSIB.  Additionally, if you have an injury that is a result of a motor vehicle accident, a claim will be started for you and once approved, all treatments can be directly billed to the car insurance company.  

Benefits

If you have a workplace benefit plan, MOST plans will allow us to directly bill them for your therapy (chiropractic, massage, acupuncture).  Occasionally there is a plan that offers coverage, and we can submit for you, but they will only reimburse you.  In that case you will pay for your therapy directly with us and wait for reimbursement from the insurance company.  Call your insurance company before your first appointment and confirm coverage and bring your benefit card with you. 

Veterans Affairs Provider

We are also a designated Veteran's affairs provider.  Our office manager keeps the process stream-lined and efficient and the team provides tireless support so that your treatments are accurate and timely and benefits plans submitted for you..
